1- Avoid Stress. Take some peace, music therapy to reduce your stress levels. Glucose generally rises during a high-stress level time.
2- Minimum 8 hours of sleep. A lot of us do not sleep well and hence body could not recover fully. Improve you sleeping habit to avoid Diabetes.
3- Exercise. Get a workout plan and implement it in your daily life. You don’t need to become a Mr. Universe but just light exercises to burn extra calories.
4- Walk. Average walking time of a person has decreased significantly over last 25 years. Walk at least 5km in one go at decent peace.
5- Food. Stop eating processed food. Bring natural food like vegetables, whole wheat bread, and healthy fats like olive oil, Almonds and other nuts into your daily food.

Ingredients


1 to 2 tbs of extra olive oil
1 large onion
2 diced carrots
1 bell pepper (any color), cut into strips
1 bunch of asparagus, bottoms removed.
2 peeled beets
4 peeled cloves of garlic.
¼ cup fresh rosemary crushed
Iodized Salt.

Preparation


Heat you oven to 400 degrees. Put some extra virgin olive oil on the baking sheet. Spray a little oil on the vegetables and covered them. On the baking sheet, spread the garlic and vegetables. And add rosemary over it. Use salt as required. Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes and flip the whole thing for the same amount of time. You vegetables are ready. Make sure it has a brownish color and didn’t get overcooked.
