The Masters Hammer and Chisel Does it Really Work?

The latest thing when it comes to weight loss, building great looking abs and keeping fit is the Masters Hammer and Chisel. Its creators, Sagi Kalev and Autumn Calabrese claim that it can help you not only lose weight but also get sculpted if you do exactly what is asked of you. So does it really work or is it just another fad that will have people spending their money with no significant results? We took a look into it and here is what we were able to find out.

What is it?

The Masters Hammer and Chisel is a workout program that combines the use of superior weight training exercises and customizable nutrition plans to help you get back into shape. Each week, you will do 12 30 40 minutes of sculpting exercises that will help the fat melt right off. Their sculpting exercises may not be the ones that you are used to.

They are called SSP workouts, which stands for Stabilization, Strength and Power. What makes it different is the fact that in most workout routines, you get stabilization or strength or power but never all 3. Now these two experts have found a way to make sure that you get the combination, which gets you sculpted in 3 months flat.

The exercises are designed to be high impact so that you can get the metabolism going and burn off extra calories. They are designed to last a short time so that more people can do them if they are longer they will be too taxing for the average person to do. The trainers take you through all the moves through video to make sure that you get it right. In case you are wondering, both Sagi and Autumn have a long history in body building and they have created extremely successful weight loss and workout programs in the past.

The Masters Hammer and Chisel requires very little in the way of equipment. You need to buy adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable weight bench or a stability ball and lastly, something that you can use to do pull-ups.

What about the meal plans?

The meal plans are not designed to keep you hungry. You have to fuel your body for the workouts. The trainers have come up with color-coded containers that help you measure portions from each food group depending on the kind of body that you want to achieve. Green is for veggies, purple is for fruit, red means proteins, yellow is for carbs, blue is healthy fats, orange is for seeds and other dressings and the last container, the Shakeology Shaker Cup is for your beverages. Everyone is encouraged to make better meal choices and avoid processed and sugary foods.
